Property Law

There are two major types of property law case briefs.  They will either be about real property or personal property.  It’s not too difficult to tell the difference between the two types.  Real includes land and things are fixed on it.  These include buildings, minerals, crops, and the nature growing on the land.  Personal property is also known as moveable property.  There is tangible property, including furniture, cars, jewelry and more.  There is also intangible property, including money, stocks, patents and more.
